Pay Schedule Form

Please make check payable to Divine Inspirations Learning Center or DILC.

A $40 fee will be added to all returned checks. After two (2) returned checks, it will be necessary to pay with cash.

All accounts MUST be paid promptly. This form must be signed and remain on file at the center. Accounts not paid as agreed will result with the child being rejected at the door, as well as a $25.00 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Center hours are 5:00 am until 5:00 pm. Late charges begin at 5:01 at $10.00 1st minute and $1.00 every additional minute until 5:30pm. The authorities will be contacted unless arrangements have been made beforehand.

PARENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN THERE IS A CHANGE OF FEES.

When you are ready to begin the process of potty training your child, let his/her caregiver know your plans and we will work together to complete the process.

Divine Inspirations Learning Center will gladly begin the process of potty training your child when you are ready and the child is showing signs of interest. This is a joint process that requires your help as well as the center to complete. Extra clothes and undergarments are a must.

**It is against company policy for any employee to take photos or videos of the children while employed at Divine Inspirations Learning Center. This will result in immediate termination of employment.

Reasons for photos would include: Special Events or Parties, Portrait Day, Photos for art projects and outside play as such.

No one is allowed to photograph your child for outside viewing without first informing you of the situation.

I have received, read and discussed any concerns regarding the policies and procedures covered in the center handbook. I am familiar with the policies and procedures and agree to abide by them. I understand that it contains important information about the centers policies.

I understand that it is my responsibility to familiarize myself with the materials and that I agree with the provisions and any other polices or rules of the center.

I have received a copy of the Child Care Regulations Summary for Parents located at the back of the handbook, and DILC Biting Polic, No Medication Since Covid-19 Illness and Coverage Exclusion, Transportation Policy, Smoke, Tobacco Products, & prohibited Substances, Payment Requirements, Policy & Procedure for Head Start and School Age Children and Termination Care.

DILC require a Food application to be completed and turned in as part of the Enrollment Process. No child will be dropped off after 9 am unless a doctor’s note is provided. A late fee of $10.00 for the first minute picking up your child and $1.00 every additional minute.

No phone calls will be accepted to add a person to the pickup list for a child/children. It must be in writing with a sign signature in the file. You can email or fax a copy of the person driver’s license with a signed and date but must be received to be put in the file for an Emergency only.

To All Parents and Guardians:

Also, please have your child/children the appropriate clothes due to the weather changing so that they may go outside with their class to play.

(Appropriate shoes a must).

If school is in session children are not allowed to attend the childcare center. The child may come for the time the parent is signed up for which is Before & After School Care. (Exception, Summer, Holidays that the center is open for per the parent handbook).
